Norma (Whitmarsh) Stocker

NORMA FAYE (WHITMARSH) STOCKER Norma Faye (Whitmarsh) Stocker, 76, Sturgeon, MO passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 9, 1945 in Moberly, MO the daughter of the late Alfred and Laura Bell (Calvert) Whitmarsh. On October 3, 2020 she was united in marriage to Larry Stocker. In addition to her husband Larry, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Pam Noland and her husband Larry of Aklavik, Northwest Territories, Canada; her grandchildren Cory Noland and his wife Shelley of Callahan, FL, Matthew Noland and his wife Annah of Callahan, FL, and Andrena Noland of Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Canada; one great-grandson Walker Noland of Callahan, FL; one sister Beverly Bennett and her husband Donnie of Columbia, MO; one brother Larry Whitmarsh and his wife Rosemary of Columbia, MO; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, four brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. Norma worked as a cosmetologist for many years and later for Scholastic Book and Wal-Mart in Moberly, MO. She was a member of the Sturgeon United Methodist Church and enjoyed baking, cooking, photography, and sewing. Norma volunteered at the Sturgeon United Methodist Church Thrift Store, and cooking for special events and dinners. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Memorial services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Sturgeon United Methodist Church in Sturgeon, MO. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Sturgeon United Methodist Church in Sturgeon, MO.
