JUDY KAY LEDBETTER

Judy Kay Ledbetter, 74, Sturgeon, MO passed away Monday, July 29, 2024, Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. She was born June 21, 1950, in Sulphur Springs, TX the daughter of the late Coleman and Lena (Dickerson) Turner. On October 9, 1987, she was united in marriage to Freddy John Ledbetter who preceded her in death on August 6, 2021.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Regina “Gina” Adams-Miller and her husband Jon of Sturgeon, MO; two sisters Barbara Ann Turner Cavanaugh and her husband Danny of Sulphur Springs, TX and Frankie Arlene Turner Foshee of Idabel, OK; three grandchildren Charity Catherine Nelson, Colton Gene Lawson and Javen Dakota Lawson; four great grandchildren McKynlee Jade Lawson, Aspynn Rayne Lawson, Bryan Allen Nelson, Jr. and Oaklee Joseph Michael Nelson; special family member Billy Gene Lawson of Sturgeon, MO; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband, one brother Billy Ross Turner preceded her in death.

Judy was a graduate of Sulphur Spring High School in Sulphur Springs, TX. She co-owned and operated TNB Floors and Cleaning Services with her late husband Freddy, for several years. She was a member of East Point Baptist Church in Winnsboro, TX. She enjoyed fishing, camping, attending car shows, watching Dallas Cowboys football and Hallmark movies, especially Christmas movies. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
