JAMES LEE CUNO, JR.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of James Lee Cuno Jr., who suddenly left us on February 16th, 2025 - 12 days before his birthday. An incredibly loving father, grandfather, friend, brother and son, James touched many lives with his selflessness, silly personality and loving heart. He was born February 28, 1975, the son of Jimmie and Kathryn (Lynes) Cuno.

James left behind his son James Lee Cuno 3rd, Daughter Julia LeAnn Cuno, Son Blake Allen Cuno, Son Austin Wayne Cuno, Wife of Blake Cuno- Paula Cuno, brother John Edward Cuno, brother Gerald Wayne Cuno, sister Lisa Ann Cuno, Grandson Caiden Allen James Cuno, Granddaughter Arrabella Grace Cuno, Grandson Myles Andrew Cuno. Angels he joined, Soulmate Shirley Ann Phillips, Mother Kathryn Ann Cuno, Grandson Aaron Allen Eli Cuno, Nephew Edward Allen Heywood. other relatives and many dear friends. 

James worked as a handy man for several years and later with his brother Gerald Wayne Cuno in construction. He enjoyed working on cars and watching documentaries. James loved to spend time with his friends and his family. “I’m good as long as you guys are good.” - James Cuno

Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO.
