DANNY LEWIS GRUBER Danny Lewis Gruber, 61, Hallsville, MO passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at his home. He was born December 9, 1961, in Columbia, MO the son of the late James and Carolyn (Saylor) Gruber. On April 26, 1996, he was united in marriage to Karlene (Jennings) Gruber. In addition to his wife Karlene of 27 years, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sisters Angie Procee of the State of Alabama and Carole Davis and her husband Nathan of Montgomery City, MO; one brother Wayne Gruber and his wife Anita of Millersburg, MO; two nieces and two nephews Ginger Wesloh and her husband Chris, Caleb Davis, Jacob Davis and Emma Davis; two great nephews Davis Wesloh and Howie Wesloh; a special Aunt Denise Lenk, of Jefferson City, MO; other relatives and many dear friends. Danny worked as a truck driver for many years and recently drove for FedEx Freight. He also worked for the City of Columbia and enjoyed collecting and shooting guns, fishing, country music, and dancing. Danny was a member of the NRA and loved spending time with his friends and family. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 11, 2023, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time at on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at the Oliver Funeral Home in Centralia, MO.
