BETTY MARIE MOZINGO

Betty Marie Mozingo, 76, Madison, MO passed away peacefully Thursday, October 3, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born May 19, 1948, the daughter of the late Floyd Hawkins and Kathrine (Calfas) Reynolds. On July 3, 1982, she was united in marriage to Harold Mozingo.

In addition to her husband Harold of 42 years, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Robert Sims and his wife Christine of St. Louis, MO; her daughters Martha Burris and her husband Darrell of Clark, MO and Sally Hubbard of Moberly, MO; her step daughter Penelope Mozingo of Paris, MO; her sisters Barbara Todd (her twin sister) of Brookfield, MO, Rebecca Martin and her husband Perry of Callao, MO and Roberta Billings and her husband Bob of Brookfield, MO; five half-siblings; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, her stepfather Ford Reynolds preceded her in death.

Betty worked as a housekeeper for MRMC in Moberly, Mo for many years and was beloved by all her co-workers. She played bingo for many years, liked going to the casino and she loved cooking Sunday dinners for her family.
